□ Regulations for Publication

Article 1
The number of journal publications shall be four times per year as a rule, and the scheduled publication dates are the last day of March, June, September and December. If necessary, the number of publication can be increased or decreased, or a special issue may be published depending on the decision of the Board

Article 2
The director of the Society shall be the publisher of the journal, and the editor-in-chief shall be the editor.

Article 3
The cost of journal publication shall be supported by the Society for Knowledge Content for a limited time, and the contributors shall not pay for the publication cost.

Article 4
The copyright of the manuscript submitted to the journal shall automatically belong to the Institution, and if the manuscript is used in other printed material, it should be reported to the Society. If the contributor uses the manuscript, however, it shall be considered an exception.

Article 5
The publication decision on submitted manuscripts is made after review, and the order of publication is based on the order of acceptance but the order may be adjusted by the Board according to the review progress.

Article 6
Even if the review has been completed, the manuscript may be rejected if the contribution regulations are not strictly followed.

Article 7
In case of a manuscript that has been reviewed and the publication decision has been confirmed according to the decisions of the Board, the contributor shall correct the print version that will be published in the journal.
